Wire-braided high-pressure hoses are designed for demanding pressure washing applications that require higher working pressures and hot water. These power washer hoses are reinforced with one or two layers of steel wire braid, to ensure they have the strength needed for more demanding use while still allowing enough flexibility for handling. Hoses with a single wire braid support working pressures up to 3000 PSI, while double-wire construction increases the working pressure capacity to 5000 PSI. They can also carry water at temperatures up to 100°C (212°F), so they are commonly used for vehicle washing, livestock area cleaning, outdoor furniture cleaning, and other commercial or industrial pressure washing applications.

  • The hose is reinforced by one or two layers of high-strength steel wire braid, which increases its ability to resist pressure without making it too rigid.
  • The rubber inner and outer layers resist abrasion and aging, so hoses can handle frequent dragging over rough ground and regular outdoor use.
  • The hose can carry hot water at temperatures up to 100°C (212°F), which is suitable for commercial and industrial hot-water pressure washers used for more demanding cleaning work.
  • As the hose has bend restrictors at both ends, it is less likely to kink, twist, or bend sharply near the fittings during frequent use.
