Founded in 2001, Helen Garden is a professional manufacturer of garden hoses, high-pressure hoses and related accessories for both commercial and residential uses. Our production facility covers over 50,000 square meters and combines product development, mass production and global supply services to provide reliable water hose solutions to customers all over the world. Our product range includes high-pressure cleaning hoses as well as versatile garden hoses that are designed for use in various environments. The hoses are made using advanced multi-layer extrusion and braiding techniques and are constructed from materials such as TPU, latex, stainless steel, and high-strength polyester fiber. They are lightweight, resist kinking and pressure, and can handle tough conditions like 5,000 PSI water pressure, wide temperature ranges, and strong UV exposure.

A hose manufacturing facility ,with extrusion, weaving, injection molding, and testing capabilities

Our hoses, known for their strength, flexibility, and reliable performance, even in tough conditions, are built in our production facility that operates with more than 400 sets of specialized manufacturing equipment. With a team of more than 200 employees, our facility can produce up to 60,000 hoses each day and reach an annual total of 20 million units. Steady and quality production remains our main goal so as to ensure a consistent supply for global brands, distributors, and commercial partners. Along with our standard hose products, we offer flexible OEM and ODM services to meet different market needs. Customers can customize the size, length, burst pressure, connector type, and packaging, so our partners get hose products that fit their brand and application requirements.

The extrusion workshop is equipped with 20 extrusion machines for the production of different hose types, including:

  • Spring hoses: up to 40,000 meters per day
  • PVC hoses: up to 100,000 meters per day
  • Rubber-plastic hoses: up to 40,000 meters per day
  • TPE hoses: up to 20,000 meters per day
Weaving Workshop
Weaving Workshop

We operate:

  • 200 circular looms for expandable hoses, with a daily output of approximately 30,000 pieces
  • 150 flat looms for non-expandable fabric-covered hoses, with a daily output of approximately 20,000 pieces
Injection Molding Workshop
Injection Molding Workshop

The workshop includes 18 injection molding machines for manufacturing hose accessories such as connectors, hose reels, and spray guns, with the daily production capacity reaching approximately 288,000 pieces.

We have passed the BSCI social responsibility audit and hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications issued by URS. Our hoses use materials that meet international environmental standards, and our in-house lab runs strict pressure and performance tests during production. At every stage, from the choice of materials through to the final inspection, controlled manufacturing procedures are followed in order to ensure consistent product quality and comply with international industry standards.
